Turbochargers are for sale on an exchange basis only, meaning that you will be required to send us your old unit. After your purchase you will be required to transfer a £100 surcharge to our PayPal account, and after we receive your old turbocharger we will transfer £100 back to your PayPal account. Your Newly purchased reconditioned turbocharger will not be dispatched until we receive the £100 surcharge. You must send your old unit back to us within 14 DAYS otherwise the warranty of your turbocharger will be terminated and your surcharge will not be refunded.
B.E Turbocharger Parts UK do not cover shipment costs of the old unit. You will have to cover your old unit shipment costs.

OUR WARRANTY ON TURBOCHARGERS AND/OR CHRA
Turbocharger warranty lasts for 24 months from date of your invoice or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Turbocharger CHRA warranty lasts for 12 months from date of your invoice.
Please contact us before returning your turbocharger and/or CHRA as we may be able to help to fix the problem without returning the turbocharger and/or CHRA to us.
Please note that all turbochargers/CHRA'S returned under warranty will be returned to you once the turbocharger/CHRA is repaired or replaced. If Turbocharger and/or CHRA is returned to us as faulty
and found to be damaged by incorrect fitting a report will be given and a charge for repair will be offered.
WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE and/or COVER:
money refunds
labor costs
charges such as removal and refitting.
hire of vehicles
damage caused to engine or vehicle by failed turbocharger.
YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE INVALID IF:
You cannot support your warranty claim with a valid main dealer invoice for the required parts i.e:
(oil filter, air filter, new oil, banjo bolts, oil feed pipe, drain pipe - other parts may also need to be changed, please
refer to the fitting instructions)
You cannot provide an invoice from a professional garage and/or mechanic for fitting the parts mentioned above.
Your turbocharger has any visible impact damage. For example if your:
Turbocharger CHRA compressor wheel is damaged by a nut that has fell inside.
The Actuator housing must be undamaged.
Your turbocharger CHRA housing and interior parts will be blue colour. This is a symptom of overheating which happens due to oil starvation.
If your turbocharger and/or CHRA returned to us is faulty and found to be damaged by incorrect fitting and/or contamination from other parts of the vehicle you are not covered under the warranty.
If you are not able to provide our warranty sheet and invoice issued when purchased.
If your turbocharger seals are broken.
If your vehicle has had the ECU remapped.
